What do we collect?

What do we do with the information we collect?

Most of the information we collect is directly related to providing the best service to you. Some information we use for analytical reasons, to ensure that we improve our service and facilities appropriately.

Your name, address, contact number and email are recorded when placing an order. We require this information to ensure that we can deliver your order correctly, and that we can contact you in the event of any issues with the order. If you decide to contact us using our contact form, we will also collect your email address here. This is only ever used for the purpose of replying to your message.

When placing an order, you have the option to opt-in to our mailing list. This allows us and our partners permission to contact you in the future about new product launches, discounts and offers etc, and other promotions. We hate spam as much as anyone so we try to keep these mailings to a minimum. Only ourselves and our partners at Again Faster have access to this information. If you decide at a later date that you don't want to receive any more mail from us, drop us an email at and we'll take your email off the list immediately.


Without our customers, we are nothing, so we're extremely tight on security when it comes to your information. We have physical, electronic and managerial procedures in place to ensure that your information is safe as it can be, and that only those required to have access to it, do have access to it.
